Registration counter, the delegate help desk and the delegate bag booth is located on Level 600 of the South Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Full information can be found on our onsite program.

All located in the exhibit hall on level 800. Wireless internet is available in the public areas of the venue, but not the meeting rooms or the Exhibit Hall.

A discount of $50 CAD will be given on full registration fees for member, non-member and student categories if a hotel room is booked through the official Congress Housing Bureau at the time of registration. The discount does not apply to Developing Nation delegates.

Please be advised that starting May 1st, 2015 the tickets to the Congress Dinner will be $75 per Delegate. Please note that the number of tickets is limited.

  • Developing Nations: List of countries available here. The WC2015 criteria for Developing Nations is based on low to medium human development as per the Human Development Index, or low to lower-middle income economies as per the World Bank.

Group Registration (groups of ten or more)

Letter of Invitation for Visa

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the IUPESM World Congress 2015 will be issued ONLY after a completed registration form and full payment have been received.

Please contact our registration department at iupesm2015-registration at icsevents.com once you are registered and registration fees have been paid if you require a Letter of Invitation. Letters of Invitations will not be issued to parties who are not registered and/or paid in full.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations received in writing at the IUPESM World Congress’ 2015 Registration Secretariat’s address by March 31, 2015 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a $150 CAD administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received on April 1, 2015 or later will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted. This can be done by re-accessing your registration using the link on your confirmation letter. Transfer of registration onsite will incur a fee of $75 CAD. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.

In the unlikely event that the IUPESM World Congress 2015 is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

 

Consent to Use of Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in the IUPESM World Congress 2015 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IUPESM’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
